Phoenix Suns are back and they could be a CONTENDER again for winning the championship. Yes, it’s been 4 years since the greatest year of Phoenix Suns. They held the best record in NBA that season with Steve Nash as a new player on the team and at the same time crowned as Most Valuable Player of the year. Starting 2005 I’ve been a Phoenix fan, untill today even though they wasn’t able to reach the championship phase yet. I still believe that this team can be world champions one day.

Steve Nash scored 30 points and added eight assists, and the Phoenix Suns used a dominant fourth quarter to beat the Miami Heat 104-96 in a matchup of NBA unbeatens Tuesday night. Amare Stoudemire finished with 16 points and 11 rebounds for Phoenix, which overcame its largest deficit of the season and used a 13-4 run over the middle portion of the fourth to pull away. Jason Richardson scored 10 of his 14 points in the final period for the Suns, who are4-0 for the first time since the 2004-05 season.

Suns won opening game in Los Angeles

Suns won by just points against Los Angeles Clippers (97-95).  Phoenix struggled almost all game long but at the end of the day they became victorious. Nash leading the way with 24 points followed by the veteran swing man Grant Hill with 19 points.
